We are looking for a hands-on Bookkeeper and HR Coordinator who will help with the day to day HR tasks and accounting. We are aiming to build a team that is very results-driven and shares a get-it-done mentality. In order to fit the role, you should be a team player at heart who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. Responsibilities (financial):- Enter invoices into NetSuite; book company travel; take part in the billing process; help with the month close process; prepare company reports (cash forecast, consolidated reports, etc.); help with bank related tasks such as depositing checks, preparing payments, and bank reconciliation. Responsibilities (HR):- Review resumes; perform initial candidates screening; schedule on-site interviews; coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding; help with renewal of employees benefits – including medical; HR related tasks. What do you need to bring:- Ability to prioritize and multitask; problem solve with minimal supervision; can-do attitude and ownership; experience with NetSuite (highly preferred); Salesforce (a plus); bank and credit card reconciliation (a plus); understanding of basic accounting concepts; strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills. This role is full-time from our NYC office.Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000.
