About the Role:

Are you a data-driven strategist who loves turning raw numbers into actionable growth? As our RevOps Data Analyst, you will be the analytical engine driving our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and execution. You won’t just mine data—you will translate it into powerful, usable insights that shape the future of our revenue organization. Partnering cross-functionally with leadership, Finance, and GTM teams, you will own our data models, maintain our reporting infrastructure, and track the leading and lagging indicators that propel our business forward.

Requirements:

As a RevOps Data Analyst, your impact will be:

• Data Modeling & Analysis: Mine, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, build predictive data models, and deliver high-impact strategic insights.
• GTM Strategy & Execution: Define, track, and report on key leading and lagging performance indicators for the RevOps and broader GTM organizations.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Own and manage the deployment of interactive dashboards, documentation of data definitions, and overall reporting infrastructure to ensure a single source of truth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with other business units (such as Finance) to support data requests, align key metrics, and streamline cross-functional workflows.
• Insight Delivery: Translate intricate data findings into clear, executive-ready recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
